Our story

 From the Hills to the Valley  

Born and raised in California's northwest , we both come from, logging, fishing, hunting and  farming families. We learned the arts of preserving and making foods from scratch, while getting to live and play in one of the world's most beautiful and abundant places.

                                                                                                                                                                                   We didn't Know it was Special.

 We grew up curing many different meats this way. It is just good jerky to us.  Anytime Brandon made jerky for snacks, camping, The Kid's games or road trips,  he would be swarmed with requests for more. He didn't understand why everyone loved it so much.. it's just plain O'L jerky, after all.                                                                                                                                                                               

Finally You can get some real Jerky too.
